Our offerings include personal training memberships starting as low as $299 per month, private 1-on-1 sessions for individualized attention, small group training for a collaborative environment, and comprehensive nutritional coaching to support your journey. In addition, we offer flexible package training in increments of 10, 20, and 30 sessions, giving you the convenience to train on your terms. Whatever your needs, we’re here to help you achieve lasting results.

This platform includes custom workout plans, progress tracking, video demonstrations, and the ability for you to submit workout videos for feedback. What are your hours of operation?

We are open by appointment only Monday through Saturday from 6am to 7pm.

How are workouts structured at here?

This holistic approach ensures each workout moves you closer to your long-term fitness goals.

Why is personal training important?

Being held accountable is the number one thing in personal training because you need someone to help you stay consistent, your results are not something that can be attained overnight. Also having someone how has years of professioanl experience in an industry can save you time and money by helping you navigate much faster than you would on your own. Lastly; motivation is something you always need because they're are times it's not going to be fun and easy and in those moments you need someone who's going to keep you pumped up.

Can we design you a diet plan?

While as trainers we remain knowledgable about proper dieting parametes, we do not specifically perscribe diets ourselves. However; we work very closely with a liscensed nutritionist whom we can refer you to, but typically what we do with most of our clients is have them enrole in a meal delivery service by the name of "Macro-plate". They by far have some of the best tasting, and well organized meal services in the industry.

Where are we located?

We are located in the "Highlands Shopping Center" in Pacific Palisades, right next to the restaurant "Casa Nostra". We do provide free parking in the lot for during our personal training session.

Question 9

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

We offer refrigerated water that coes with the session because we believe that proper hydration is vital to an effective workout. We also have a blue-tooth speaker, and we can connect your spotify or music playlist during the workout to help keep you motivated.
The only thing we would recommend is to bring a yoga mat for core or floor work, just for sanitary purposes we do not provide yoga mats.
